Craving for white sauce pasta but bored with old plain Carbonara? Today I'll teach you how to make a Chicken Alfredo Fettucine. :)

Chicken Alfredo Fettucine

Salt and freshly ground white pepper

How to:

1. Cook the Pasta into a pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain the water and drizzle with oil and toss the pasta to distribute the oil evenly.
2. In a small pot saute the garlic and onion, then Add the chicken, cook until it is slightly golden brown
3. Add the onion pique and unsalted butter, cook in medium heat until the butter is melted. Add the heavy cream, stir until smooth and thick.
4. Add Parmesan and grated lemon zest, cook until the cheese is melted, add nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.
5. Toss the Pasta and the white sauce together.

P.S. I'll updates the pictures soon :p
