Chicken with Worcestershire Sauce and Honey

Hello!!

Fried chicken and Roasted chicken is the most common dish you can make in chicken. But today I will share a recipe on how to cook your chicken.

Ingredients:

2pcs Chicken (quarter)
2cups Chicken stock
3tbsp White wine vinegar
3tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3tbsp Honey
Marjoram
Sage
Salt and Pepper

How to:

1. In a pan simmer the chicken with the chicken stock.
2. When the stock is reduce into half add the White wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and Honey
3. When the stocks simmers, drizzle the chicken with it sauce, do this until the sauce is thick.
4. Serve and drizzle the remaining sauce on top of the chicken.

Chicken Alfredo Fettucine

Hello!

Craving for white sauce pasta but bored with old plain Carbonara? Today I'll teach you how to make a Chicken Alfredo Fettucine. :)

Chicken Alfredo Fettucine

Ingredients:

500g Fettucine Pasta
2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
1 small Onion (chopped)
150g Chicken (fillet, cube)
250ml Onion Pique
12 tbsp Unsalted butter
1 cup Heavy Cream
2 cups Grated Parmesan
2 tsp Grated Lemon Zest
Pinch freshly grated Nutmeg
Salt and freshly ground white pepper

How to:

1. Cook the Pasta into a pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain the water and drizzle with oil and toss the pasta to distribute the oil evenly.
2. In a small pot saute the garlic and onion, then Add the chicken, cook until it is slightly golden brown
3. Add the onion pique and unsalted butter, cook in medium heat until the butter is melted. Add the heavy cream, stir until smooth and thick.
4. Add Parmesan and grated lemon zest, cook until the cheese is melted, add nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.
5. Toss the Pasta and the white sauce together.

Quick and Easy Kare-kare

Hi there Crazies!

I'll give a quick and easy steps on how to cook Kare-kare. It is a Filipino dish originated from Pampanga, Philippines but it is widely cooked all over the Philippines specially when there is gatherings and events.

Ingredients:
• Ox Tripe/Ox tail/Beef stew meat (cooked till tender)
• Onions (Sliced)
• Shrimp paste (cooked, "Bagoong")
• Peanut butter
• Beef Stock
• Annatto seed (soak in hot water, "atsuete")
• Banana flower bud (Quartered, "Puso ng Saging")
• Eggplant (Cube)
• String beans (Sliced)
• Chinese Cabbage ("pechay")

How to:
• In a stew pot, cook the meat until its tender.
• Remove the meat and stocks from the pot, use the same pot add some oil and sauté the onions until translucent.
• Add the Shrimp paste, let it cook. Sauté the vegetables on the shrimp paste and remove the vegetables.
• On the same pot add the Peanut butter, Add the stocks. Let the peanut butter melt.
• Add the Meat, let it simmer for a couple of minutes. Add the vegetables, and let it simmer until the vegetables are cooked.
• Add salt to taste.
• Served and Enjoy! 🐼☺️

One thing i liked about this is that i really don't need to pair it with Bagoong anymore. ☺️ I hope you enjoy cooking as much i enjoyed it.

Quick and Simple Seafood Paella

Hi there crazies!

Today I'm craving for a seafood paella and i don't have much time. So here is my quick and simple seafood paella ☺️

Ingredients:
• Onions (Sliced)
• Tomatoes (Sliced)
• Tomato Paste (just to add color)
• *Chicken Breast (Cubes) Optional
• Rice
• Chicken/Fish Broth
• Calamari (Squid, Sliced, remove the ink sac)
• Mussels (keep the shells)
• Shrimps
• Red Bell Pepper (Sliced, garnish)

How To:

• In a wide pan, sauté the onions and tomatoes until the onions are translucent, Add a small amount of tomato paste.
• Add the chicken until golden brown on all sides.
• Add rice, and add chicken/fish broth until the rice is almost cook.
• Add the seafood (Calamari, Mussels and Shrimp) 
• Stir until the seafoods and rice are cook. 
• Salt to taste.
• Served and Enjoy ☺️❤️❤️❤️


The preparation and the cooking... hmmm i think it only took me an hour to do all this. I hope you'll enjoy this dish as much as i enjoy cooking it. 🐼☺️❤️❤️
